At Pizzarova, we keep things simple, good food made by great people.
We could be the company we are, serving the food we love, without our team. Each shop has created its local community of Pizza makers and Lovers alike. We all share the same determination and drive because truthfully, we love what we do.
Behind the oven:
We pride ourselves on our in-house training sessions, from team member to GMs.
Our recent ‘train the trainer’ days centred around “culture”, how to not only maintain, but nurture culture within their own teams. Pizzarova is trust driven, micromanaging isn’t really our style, it’s important to us that our managers have all the tools they need to trust their crew. Keeping an open and autonomous culture over 4 sites requires some hard graft, but it’s everyone’s individual commitment that makes up a Pizzarova experience.
Why we do what we do:
Service and hospitality has changed drastically over the last 5 years and continues to change, we need to keep up with expectations, but also set new ones. No matter how good the pizza is, it’s our attitude towards customers (and each other) that keeps Pizzarova turning.

Turning chefs into pizzaiolos:
We don’t hire based pizza experience, but on enthusiasm and personality. As a result, we get the chance to teach a whole new set of skills for people to carry throughout their career. Our monthly specials are designed to build kitchen confidence, beyond everyday prep and to push our team out of their comfort zone.
Teaching our team this way starts conversations, chatting about flavours and why we choose certain seasonal ingredients. It might not be the most efficient way, but it allows time to share opinions, and maybe even spark ideas for future specials. The menu becomes a dialogue, slowly built by wacky ideas and moments of inspiration.
Pizzarova is just built different. Success doesn’t trickle down from the top, it’s built from the ground up. Without our team, we’d just be a few cold pizza ovens and some tins of tomatoes.
