We could be the company we are, serving the food we love, without our team. Each shop has created its local community of Pizza makers and Lovers alike. We all share the same determination and drive because truthfully, we love what we do. From the head of operations to the Kp, we all share the same love for pizza.

What does that look like in our kitchens? It means our staff are taking part in a company mission they can be proud of. Working for an independent that takes care of its own and supports team members in a sometimes intense industry.
There’s a saying in Pizzarovas’ kitchens: always work at 90% so the jump up to 100% isn’t a surprise. What we mean by this is that hard work is a must, but it’s pointless to burn yourself out in the pursuit of “maximum efficiency”.

So taking our time and having a few laughs is part of the package. Don’t be surprised if you spot us having a chat along the line, passing around a new monthly special for a taste test, or nattering away with chatty customers. That’s just how we do things.

And yes, that does sometimes involve us eating the food ourselves (we promise it’s for purely scientific purposes). Though our staff meals may be becoming increasingly bizarre as our team grows. We take pride in the fact that our staff continue to choose to eat with friends and family in our restaurants… on their days off.
Pizzarova has a different mentally, success doesn’t trickle down from the top, it’s built from the ground up. Without our pizzaiolos, we’d just be a few cold pizza ovens and some tins of tomatoes.
