They said it was a forbidden snack reserved only for midnight feasts and retro American sitcoms, but we beg to differ. The iconic pizza bagel was in dire need of a makeover.
For our April special, we’ve teamed up with our pals at the nearby Little Bagel Co, swapping ingredients for the month and celebrating new york flavours. With our toppings and creativity shared freely, we hope this special is a celebration of the ‘pizza bagel’, using this collaboration to support the grand opening of Little Bagel co’s new store on Baldwin Street.
No, this isn’t an April Fool’s day prank, we’re serious about this one. While the pizza-sized bagels you may have spotted on Little Bagel Co’s Instagram were a tease, the official reveal of their hot honey and chorizo bagel was the real deal. Meat eater or veggie, their oyster mushroom, olive, and caper bagel celebrates our classic Pizzarova flavours just as well. You can find the bagel specials at Little Bagel Co’s stores on Park Street, or Baldwin Street.
So what did we create? Swapping ingredients for the month, our take on bagel pizza is a little more reminiscent of a Scooby Doo re run. Meet our April special ‘The BEC’.

Packed with all the classics of an NY deli, our April special is a sourdough spin on the New Yorker’s go-to bagel: bacon, egg and cheese. Featuring our classic Fior De Latte Mozzarella alongside American cheese, this special is as cheesy as an old episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm.
Complete with Pancetta Testa bacon, free range egg, and sun-blushed ketchup, these flavours have pimped the humble classic and captured the Little Bagel co in a Pizzarova slice.
This import won’t last forever, so grab yourself a taste before it jets back home. The April Special will be available at every one of our sites until the 30th, is it too early to start getting excited for next month’s?
