What happens when two indies team up?

This month we’ve joined forces with JAWS, Bristol-based sandwich slingers. Originally just an excuse for our head of food, Tom to get free sandwiches, but turns out, we’ve made something pretty special.

Jim & Will have been selling their ciabattas down at Bristol food markets since 2025. You might have seen them down at the Harbourside or Finzels Reach? Known for elevated classics and adventurous originals, they’re Bristol’s best sandwiches for a reason.

We know good things happen when two indies come together, so thank you to JAWS for letting us loose on their stall. Especially during such a precarious time in hospitality, we should be always championing each other. Together, we’re using our platforms to support and shout about our amazing Bristol food scene.
