Our pizza is made from slowly fermenting sourdough that has been fed for 69 years. As a result you are left with a light and airy dough giving a distinctive taste.

All our ingredients and toppings are sustainably sourced from small local businesses in the southwest. All our sourdough is made fresh, on site by our team daily from our own recipe of just flour, salt and water, NO YEAST! If you have any queries about our sourcing or recipes please get in touch!
